Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery time: All orders ship to the United States and typically arrive within 15 business days of dispatch.

Shipping cost: Free shipping on all US orders — no minimum order required.

Duties and customs: All US orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all customs fees and import duties are covered — there are no surprise charges when your order arrives.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your notification.

Delays: While we do everything possible to meet estimated delivery windows, occasional delays due to customs processing or carrier disruptions can occur. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us at support@revogenlab.com and we'll investigate immediately.
