Protocol-adherent use of the RX1 over the full 100-day period, defined as 5 sessions per week across both modes as outlined in the 100-Day Protocol PDF emailed with your order confirmation.

What it does not cover

Devices returned unused or without completing the protocol. Results outside the documented outcomes of photobiomodulation. Purchase decisions made with expectations not supported by the clinical literature.

Every RX1 is covered against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

Full replacement shipped to your address at no cost. You do not need to return the device. Replacement components with repair guidance also available at no charge.

MONTHS 3-6

Parts and Repair

Free parts and detailed repair instructions provided. If the device cannot be repaired, a replacement unit is available at 50% off the original purchase price.

MONTHS 6-12

Parts and Support

Free parts and labor support provided. Real-time video assistance available on request. If a replacement is needed, a unit is available at 30% off the original purchase price.

The warranty does not cover physical damage from misuse, unauthorised disassembly, liquid exposure outside normal use, or damage caused during transit after delivery.

We currently ship to the United States only. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging before opening and contact support@revogenlab.com within 7 days.

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment data is processed by Shopify Payments and never stored on our servers.

We collect basic browsing data (pages visited, device type, time on site) through Shopify Analytics. This helps us understand how people use the site. We do not sell this data to third parties.

We use your email address to send order confirmations, shipping updates, and occasional product announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Photobiomodulation therapy produces results that vary between individuals. The clinical evidence we reference reflects outcomes from published studies under controlled conditions. We make no guarantee that every user will experience identical results. Our 100-day guarantee exists because we stand behind the science - but biological response is individual.

DEVICE USE

The RX1 is designed for at-home use by adults. Do not use if you are pregnant, have a history of photosensitive conditions, or are taking medications that cause light sensitivity. Consult a physician if unsure. Do not use on broken or irritated skin.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on revogenlab.com - including copy, photography, and design - is the property of Revogen Lab. It may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where Revogen Lab is registered.
